Julian earned himself a title in the 2017 Guinness Book of World Records, Gamer Edition, for the Most Functional Gadgets in a Cosplay Suit. To qualify each of the gadgets must be integrated into the suit and cannot be separate, carried gadgets.
A total of 23 gadgets on Julian's Arkham, video games inspired suit include:

Julian's background is in costume design and construction for movies so it's not surprising his Batman costume construction is both high standard and fully functional. However, if there's a record that would be a heck of a lot of fun to go for, this suit proves that you don't need Bruce Wayne's millions to make an attempt. Do what Julian did and just build it over time until you have enough gadgets to make a challenge.

I watched this video just out of interest. Quite impressive. He must get hot in that suit though. It looks like it's made out of some rubbery stuff.
